Big changes are coming to Be Our Guest dinner beginning on July 27, 2018.

The popular dining location at Magic Kingdom will experience a big change moving to a signature dining offering (2 table-service dining credits) with a prix fixe menu for dinner. This new three-course dinner includes your choice of appetizer and entrée followed by a personal dessert platter.

Appetizers will include the restaurants iconic favorites like the French Onion Soup, but new additions will offer unique options like Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis. Escargo with herb garlic butter and toasted tremolara and a selection of assorted meats and artisanal cheeses will also be added to the prix fixe menu.

Be Our Guests will also offer new entrées like a Grilled Center-Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, romano beans, cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction. Other entrée offerings will include a Smoked Black-Eye Pea Tortellini with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water, Poulet Rogue Chicken, Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse, Roasted lamb Chops and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloins.

The dishes are hard at work to create the magical kid’s menu and desserts to complete the new dining experience. Be sure to stay tuned for more details as they come!

Reservations for the new dining experience (beginning on July 27, 2018) will open this Friday, February 23, 2018 and can be booked online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
