The 2018 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is quickly approaching and we’re beyond excited! Today we’re taking a look at one of the iconic snacks from the Flower and Garden Festival that is making a return again in 2018. The Smokehouse, located in the America Adventure Pavilion, is home to the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends Hash. This savory and delicious snack is one popular bite to try. The juicy beef brisket melts in your mouth right when it hits your tongue.
This wonderful festival item starts with a large helping of beef brisket burnt ends. The burnt ends are then topped with white cheddar fondue and pickled jalapeños. Each element plays a big role from the juicy brisket to the cheesy and flavorful fondue. The pickled jalapeños add just the right amount of heat to round out the dish!
