Chilled Strawberry Soup

Disney's famous Chilled Strawberry Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries frozen thawed, or 1 pint fresh (washed, hulls removed)
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c half & half
  • ΒΌ c sugar
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries in a blender or food processor. Blend until well blended.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Chill for several hours or overnight, as needed.
