Frushi

April 4, 2018 by Brent Leave a Comment

If you haven’t visited the Walt Disney World Resort during Spring, it should be on your list of times to visit! Each Spring, Epcot is transformed into a showcase of beautiful topiaries and fresh food. With delicious offerings ranging from Frozen Violet Lemonade to Fresh Lemon Scones and many more!

On the menu at Hanami, the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival pavilion in Japan, guests will find Frushi. Frushi is a popular treat among frequent visitors to the festival. The picture-perfect treat is one sweet treat to try!

The Frushi is made from fresh pineapple, strawberry and melon that is rolled with coconut rice. It is then topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut over a fresh raspberry sauce.

Each bite of Frushi will leave you craving more. While the fresh fruit adds a touch of sweetness, the coconut rice brings a slight bitter flavor for one beautiful and delicious bite!
