The Nanaimo Bar Trifle (located at the Northern Bloom kiosk during the previous 2017 Flower and Garden Festival), is packed with flavor that blends a beautiful balance between bitter and sweet. The creamy coconut custard is topped with a thick layer of rich chocolate before it is topped with whipped cream and Oreo graham cracker crumb. Talk about delicious!!
