That Is Good Pork!

Ingredients

  • 4 lb pork shoulder Boston butt may also be used
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ c apple cider vinegar
  • ½ c coconut water
  • ¼ c water optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices in a bowl (brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder).

  2. Rub spice mix over the pork covering each side.

  3. Add apple cider vinegar and coconut water to a slow cooker. (You can also add an additional 1/4 cup of water if liquid is too shallow in cooker.)

  4. Place pork in the slow cooker.

  5. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  6. Shred pork and use in your favorite dish!
