One somewhat-hidden dining location at Epcot is nestled inside of The Seas Pavilion in Future World. Inside sits Coral Reef, a gorgeous restaurant with floor to ceiling windows looking into the magnificent aquarium found in The Seas. Coral Reef is home to some spectacular offerings from the Pan-Seared Salmon to The Chocolate Wave, there is something for everyone!
On the menu guests will find the Baileys and Jack Daniel’s Mousse. This decadent dessert is the perfect way to end your meal at Coral Reef. This wonderful dessert is made from two layers of mousse, one flavored with Jack Daniels and the other with Baileys.
The smooth and creamy mousse layers blend together in a beautiful harmony with each bite, leaving you craving more. The Baileys and Jack Daniel’s Mousse is topped with chocolate sauce and a caramel crisp as garnish creating one eye-popping dessert!
