Hidden away in the Seas pavilion at Epcot is Coral Reef. This gorgeous dining location features a floor to ceiling glass wall holding 4,000 sea creatures. With a fresh and seafood-forward menu, guests can enjoy dishes like Pan Seared Verlasso Salmon and many more!

On the starter menu guests will find Crab Cakes. These lump crab cakes are packed with fresh and delicious crab meat. With little filler, you get a large amount of crab meat in each cake.

This beautiful dish is finished with a fennel-citrus salad, rémoulade sauce and pomegranate seeds. The rémoulade sauce is the perfect compliment to each bite from the tasty crab cakes.

The fresh fennel-citrus salad lightens the dish making it more balanced. If you’re a seafood lover, this is a great way to start your dining experience at Coral Reef!
