On the starter menu guests will find Crab Cakes. These lump crab cakes are packed with fresh and delicious crab meat. With little filler, you get a large amount of crab meat in each cake.

This beautiful dish is finished with a fennel-citrus salad, rémoulade sauce and pomegranate seeds. The rémoulade sauce is the perfect compliment to each bite from the tasty crab cakes.

The fresh fennel-citrus salad lightens the dish making it more balanced. If you’re a seafood lover, this is a great way to start your dining experience at Coral Reef!
