When it comes to breakfast, Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory dishes out some seriously unique and bold plates. This is not your typical breakfast flatbread. In this Big Easy-themed eatery, your flatbread is made after ordering. Starting with a crispy flatbread, a layer of sausage gravy is added before scrambled eggs, sausage, onions, peppers and a flavorful red pepper aoĂ¯li.

Each bite from this mouthwatering meal will have you digging right back in for more! The spicy flavor from the aoĂ¯li and peppers compliment the sweet sausage gravy. This is a large meal, making it perfect for sharing – but you may not want to!
