The Polite Pig is officially opening its doors this month!

On April 10, 2017 The Polite Pig will open its doors and welcome guests. Located in a prime spot in Town Center at Disney Springs, this new concept from the award-winning Orlando Chefs James and Julie Petrakis. This husband-wife team take to Disney Springs with this “modern barbecue” and open kitchen experience.
Feature Southern sides like tomato and watermelon salad, mac and cheese and smoked corn with lime butter along with modern barbecue. With seven different ‘cue sauces from sweet to hot, this dining location will be open a wonderful new experience.

Top it all off with a large selection of craft beers and cocktails, with a bourbon bar offering over 50 selections from small batch bourbons to a Pappy Van Winkle 23-Year Family Reserve.
