Wine Bar George will soon open its doors to guests at Disney Springs. The one-of-a-kind wine bar, lead by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, will host weekly wine tasting experiences and monthly wine dinners for Disney Vacation Club Members and special guests. These special experiences are on top of the regular operating hours for all guests visiting the wonderful location at Disney Springs.

These extra experiences are part of the Disney Vacation Club Membership Magic, and will require a separately purchased ticket. The weekly wine tasting experience will be held each Tuesday from 3:30 to 5 pm and will have a capacity of 30 guests.
This experience allows guests to taste wine like a Master Sommelier, with samplings from six types of wines from well-known to up-and-coming wineries. Each week will feature a different selection of wines with a sampling of cheese and charcuterie. The weekly wine tasting experience will cost $45 per person including tax and gratuity (maximum of six guests in a party).

In addition to the weekly wine tasting experience is the monthly wine dinner. This magical experience is limited to just 10 guests and held on select Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 pm.
The monthly wine dinner is hosted by Master Sommelier George Miliotes himself and when available, a featured winemaker. The dinner will feature a reception and three-course dinner with wine pairings. This experience will cost $115 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity.
These wonderful experiences add to the much-anticipated location coming to Disney Springs this year. Disney Vacation Club Members can register for an event beginning on March 29 by calling Member Services or visiting winebargeorge.com.
Note: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full payment. Guests must be 21 years old or older with a photo ID to consume alcohol. Disney Dining Plan Entitlements cannot be used for this experience. The experiences are excluded from discounts. Menu items, pricing and hours are subject to change without notice. A valid Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and photo ID will be required at check-in. Be sure to note any food allergies at the time of booking.
