The Impossible Meatball from Earth Eats is out of this world!

All-new for the 2022 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is Earth Eats. The booth is hosted by Impossible™ and is located near Port of Entry. The small menu boasts plant-based items that will truly surprise you.

The Impossible Meatball is honestly incredible. While it has a different texture compared to a traditional meatball, it is packed with flavor and pairs perfectly with the additional elements of the dish.

The meatball is served over an herbed polenta and puttanesca sauce. If you don’t know what puttanesca sauce is, it could simply be described as a rustic pasta sauce. It traditionally has a combination of anchovies, olives, garlic, chile flakes, tomatoes, and capers. However, it is unclear if the recipe for the festival includes all of these ingredients or not. The dish gets a drizzle of basil pesto to top it off.

Ultimately, this might be up there in my list of favorites closely following the Garlic-Parmesan Wings. You get a reasonable portion for the price and the dish is filling and delicious.
