The coffee starts with cold brew and ice that is topped with a sweet cream cheese cold foam and a mountain of Cocoa Puffs. Yes, you read that right. This coffee has sweet cream cheese cold foam and it’s way more delicious than it sounds. The cold foam has a cheesecake-like taste and paired with Cocoa Puffs it becomes a chocolate cheesecake sip of deliciousness.

The method
To start, you’re going to need some cold brew. You can make it yourself or buy some from the grocery store or your local coffee shop. Today, we’re going to be using some store-bought cold brew, but you do you. We’re going to add ice and 6 oz of cold brew into two separate glasses for two cups of coffee.
Now is where the fun begins. Grab a mixing bowl and add in 3 oz of room temperature cream cheese and 3 tbsp of sugar. You can replace the sugar with monk fruit or swerve if you prefer. Whisk the two ingredients until they become smooth and creamy, this should take about 3 minutes. Next, add whipping cream, half & half, and sea salt into the bowl and whisk vigorously for approximately 3 minutes. We want to get to a smooth semi-firm consistency, but the liquid should still be runny.
With a spoon, top each glass of coffee with a generous amount of sweet cream cheese cold foam and a mound of Cocoa Puffs, and give yourself a high five for making the best coffee you’ll taste this year.

Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar swerve or monkfruit replacement
- ½ c whipping cream
- ¼ c half & half
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 12 oz cold brew coffee
- Coca Puffs
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, approximately 3 minutes.

Add whipping cream, half & half, and sea salt into the bowl and whisk vigorously until frothy and smooth. Approximately 3 minutes. The consistency should be thick but still runny.

Prepare two glasses with fresh cold brew (6 oz in each glass) with ice.

Top each glass with spoonfuls of sweet cream cheese foam and a generous amount of Cocoa Puffs.
