It’s time to make some Chick-fil-A Copycat Grilled Nuggets!

Picture this: It’s a beautiful day and hunger is starting to set in. What do you want? Some delicious Chick-fil-A Grilled Nuggets. However, you just remembered that it’s Sunday. I guess you will just have to wait until tomorrow to get your fix.

Well, wait no longer and make some at home with a few simple ingredients you probably already have! You can find the printer-friendly recipe at the bottom of this page and cook along with us.

Chick-fil-A Copycat Grilled Nuggets

These flavorful nuggets are perfect for both snacks and meals and can be dressed up in a number of different options. Eat them plain, dip them in your favorite sauce, add them to a fresh salad, or toss them into a bowl of scrambled eggs! What makes this recipe great is how simple it is from start to finish.

This recipe calls for one pound of skinless chicken breast, but feel free to make some grilled chicken thigh as well if that is all you have. In total, you will have around 35 nuggets per chicken breast depending on the size of the nuggets and the size of the chicken breast itself.

First, start off by tossing all of your ingredients into a bag (we love these reusable bags). I like to start with the dry ingredients first, followed by the wet.

This includes sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Secondly, you will add olive oil (or swap olive oil for our favorite Avocado Oil!) and apple cider vinegar. Mix until it is fully combined and add your chicken pieces. Move the chicken around in the bag until it is covered in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour.

Lastly, after marinating for 30-60 minutes, toss the chicken pieces onto the grill or in the pan (check out our go-to pan set) and cook. These small nuggets will cook quickly and may only take a few minutes on each side. Pay attention to them, and make sure the pieces are fully cooked before removing them from the heat.

That’s it! You have yourself one tasty snack or meal in no time!

This recipe is one to keep on hand as it can be used in a variety of ways. Scale the marinade up and make large pieces of grilled chicken for salads, or toss a few nuggets together for a quick lunch.
