Olivia’s Cafe is one quaint hidden gem at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. The Key West-themed eatery serves breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner with each entrée packed with flavor while staying budget friendly. With tasty fried chicken and a bread pudding you will never forget, Olivia’s Cafe is one location you will want to have on your bucket list!

On the menu at Olivia’s Cafe guests will find the Plantation Key Pork Chop. This large grilled bone-in pork chop is brined and glazed with an apple-white balsamic gastrique. The sweet glaze adds layers of flavor to the charred skin from the grill that play together in a harmonious bite.

The pork chop is served over a bed of sweet potatoes with apples, onions, arugula, cranberries with an apple vinaigrette. Garnished with candied nuts, the hash under the pork chop is as equally a star to this plate as the protein.

This was an excellent dish. Not only was the pork chop grilled to perfection, but the arugula salad with sweet potatoes and apples complimented it very well.
