The 2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival brought one truly unique experience to light (pardon our pun). Inside of Future World West, guests were able to experience Light Lab. This remarkable area featured neon lights, black lights, glowing drinks and more!
Each drink at Light Lab revolved around science, and T=C² was one of those special drinks. The non-alcoholic drink starts with cotton candy inside of the glass. After ordering, the drink is prepared by passing vanilla tonic water through tubes. Once the vanilla tonic water poured into the glass, the cotton candy melted – vanishing right before your eyes.
This tasty drink had a refreshing vanilla taste, but not overbearing. Each sip into the colorful and bubbly drink brought a smile to each guests face. You’re drinking cotton candy!!
