From the Australia kiosk comes the Grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Pesto and Potato Crunch. This juicy and tender lamb chop is flavorful with a wonderful blend of seasoning before a light mint pesto is drizzled on top. For the final touch, crushed salt and vinegar chips are added to create a nice crunch that compliments the lamb perfectly.
