On August 24, 2017 guests can enjoy a unique dining experience at Paddlefish!


This four course rooftop dining experience will highlight old world wines with new world cuisine from grilled shrimp to surf & turf.


Grilled shrimp and lemongrass skewers, Thai glazed Louisiana broiler claws.

Wine Pairing: Contratto Extra Brut

First Course

Yellow-fin tuna crudo, avocado mousse, miso soy glaze and sriracha emulsion.

Wine Pairing: Gramona Gessami Blanco

Second Course

Plant City sweet corn bisque, king crab, toasted bread center and chive oil.

Wine Pairing: Monte Carbonare Soave

Third Course

Surf & turf, marinated lamb loin with char-grilled octopus, warm Neuske bacon marmalade, harissa demi glace and mint gremolata.

Wine Pairing: Mocali Brunello di Montalcino

Fourth Course

White chocolate and passionfruit mousse and a ginger florentine cookie.

Wine Pairing: Poire Prisonniere
