When dining at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ it’s important to save room for dessert! Though this may be tough with appetizers like barbecue wings, and a large entrée of fabulous fried chicken. On the dessert menu guests can find anything from Auntie’s Chocolate Cake to a signature Hummingbird Cake.

If you’re looking for something that fits the moonshine-centric dining experience the Shine Cake is just for you! This is not your typical bundt cake. The rich butter cake is soaked in Moonshine Syrup and is served with a large scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. While this dessert is an adult-only option, it is packed with flavor. The moonshine syrup is absorbed into the cake making it very smooth and moist.

If you’re headed to Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ be sure to give this tasty dessert a try!
