Green Tea Mousse Cake

March 6, 2017 by Brent 1 Comment

Teppan Edo is a lovely dining location in Epcot. Located on the second floor in the Japan pavilion, this hibachi-style restaurant serves fabulous meals from sushi samplers to nihonbashi. But when it comes to dessert, you will find yourself with quite a surprise – and it’s a good one!

The Green Tea Mousse Cake from Teppan Edo is light, fresh and delicious. With layers of green tea sponge cake and green tea mousse, this is one unique but tasty dessert. This cake is then topped off with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. If you’re looking for a lighter dessert, this might be the winner for you!
