Frontera Cocina opened its doors on June 27 in the Town Center district of Disney Springs. Chef Rick Bayless created a menu featuring Mexican food with a modern twist. This elegant and modern dining location features an outdoor patio that overlooks the central spring.
Frontera Cocina will be operated by Vista Springs, the same company that operates the Mexican restaurants at Coronado Springs and Epcot. For those looking for a quick bite to eat while at Disney Springs, Frontera Cocina also features a walk-up to-go window. This to-go window serves up guacamole and chips, Beef Barbacoa Tacos (3), Cochinita Pibil Tacos (3), along with signature drinks, iced tea and Coca-Cola products.
