Fulton’s Crab House will complete a full transformation in the fall of 2016. With a new name and a new seafood-centric dining experience, guests may dine at Paddlefish for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. A new and modern design will also include a rooftop lounge offering a great view of Disney Springs until 2 am.
Paddlefish will feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops and a catch of the day along with new items such as lobster risotto with poached Maine lobster, lobster guacamole and a “build-your-own-boil”. For guests who have dined at the former Fulton’s Crab House, no worries. Paddlefish is expected to bring back several favorites such as lobster corn dogs, Alaskan King and Queen crab, and Florida stone crab.
