Frontera Cocina is one of the many new dining locations in Town Center district of Disney Springs. This authentic Mexican dining experience features a large menu (that boasts countless allergy friendly options) from small plates to rich desserts. Today we’re talking about one small mouth-watering plate.


On the starter menu at Frontera Cocina guests will notice several unique guacamole & chip options. But we knew we had to get our guacamole topped with bacon!


This signature guacamole is made with fresh avocados, tomatillos, toasted pepitas, cilantro, and onions. It is then topped with crispy and flavorful Nueske bacon. The crispy bacon pieces add a whole new level to the already delicious guacamole.


With the added layer of bacon on top, this dish gets a nice extra crunch. The salty and tasty bacon also provides a unique addition of flavor that takes this guacamole over the top!
