We’re continuing our Food and Wine week with another delicious dish from the 2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival lineup. Each year Epcot is transformed into a showcase full of indulgent small plates that pair with an extensive wine and beer list.


One of those small plates is the crispy calamari. This lightly fried calamari is fresh and served with a spicy pomodoro sauce. The calamari is cooked to perfection making each bite juicy and packed with flavor.


What makes this dish complete is the spicy pomodoro sauce. This sauce is similar to a spicy marinara sauce that combines a new layer of flavor to balance out the dish. We hope to see the crispy calamari again at the 2018 festival!
