Aunt Cass’ wings are meant to melt your face off, but in case you can’t travel to San Fransokyo to taste these wings you can make them right at home! This recipe from the Lucky Cat Café (inspired by Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort) let’s you bring the heat – adjust the cayenne pepper and chili powder to make them mild or melt your face off. Whichever you prefer!

Ingredients
Wings
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp granulated garlic or ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 4 lbs chicken wings
Sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ c soy sauce
- 1 c honey
- ½ c water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Preheat oven to 500ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine all ingredients (for wings) except chicken in a large glass bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat.

Spread the wings on the lined baking sheet and cook until browned, approximately 35 minutes turning half way.

Toss with wing sauce and serve!

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl mixing thoroughly. Set aside until ready to use.
