Each Disney park and resort has many hidden gems, from unique and delicious treats and snacks to small shops and restaurants that are often overlooked. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is full of these hidden gems – and today we are going to take a look at just three of these gems!
Our first hidden gem is Zuri’s Sweet Shop.
This small bakery is where you will find delicious themed treats from caramel apples to cookies. If you are looking for something small, the Animal Cookies are a popular choice! Love coconut? Then the Cotton-Top Tamarin Caramel Apple is perfect for you!
Another small and overlooked location is the Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery.
Home of the Elephant Ear Pastry, this coffee shop serves panini’s and pastries along with smooth coffee. If you’re looking for a breakfast wrap or a warm colossal cinnamon roll – Kusafiri Coffee Shop and bakery has delicious picks for you!
Our last gem at Animal Kingdom is Dino-Bite Snacks.
It can get very hot at Animal Kingdom and the best way to cool off is with some tasty ice cream! With many options this location is home to ice cream cookie sandwiches made with freshly baked cookies and decadent sundaes.
