With the 2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival quickly approaching, anticipation is growing! So naturally we decided to take a look at one of the many delicious and popular snacks from previous festivals. Today we are heading to New Zealand for one savory bite.
The seared venison loin from the New Zealand kiosk is served over a kumara dumpling and topped with a wild mushroom Marsala sauce. The kumara dumpling is smooth and adds an extra element to the dish that takes it to a new level. While the venison loin is tender and flavorful, the wild mushroom Marsala sauce pairs perfectly with each bite.
