One of the popular choices for guests dining at California Grill is the Lobster Eggs Benedict. Starting with a toasted English muffin, a slice of honey ham is layered under a beautifully soft-poached egg and butter-poached Maine lobster then covered in a classic Hollandaise sauce – multiply that by two and you have yourself a tasty brunch.
