Victoria & Albert’s, the acclaimed fine dining restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, has recently been honored with a coveted MICHELIN Star, marking a significant milestone as the first Disney restaurant to achieve this prestigious award. Additionally, the restaurant’s maître d’hôtel, Israel Pérez, has received the esteemed 2024 Florida Service Award, further solidifying the establishment’s reputation for exceptional culinary experiences.

For more than two decades, Victoria & Albert’s has been mesmerizing guests with its sophisticated multi-course offerings, showcasing a blend of extraordinary flavors and the finest ingredients sourced globally. The restaurant boasts an impressive collection of over 500 wine selections, meticulously curated to complement each dish perfectly. The culinary prowess at Victoria & Albert’s is led by Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers, who brings nearly 20 years of experience at the restaurant. Victoria & Albert’s unique distinction includes not only the MICHELIN Star but also the AAA Five Diamond Award, held consecutively since 2000, and the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award since 2018. It remains the only U.S. theme park restaurant to earn these honors, placing it among an elite group of 26 nationwide to hold such prestigious recognitions simultaneously. The restaurant has also earned accolades from Wine Spectator and the Florida Trend Golden Spoon Hall of Fame for its American regional cuisine.
