Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

The Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese from Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the PERFECT grilled cheese!

ABC Commissary is home to the perfect grilled cheese – the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese! If I am being honest, I would typically avoid ABC Commissary several years ago. Thanks to major renovations and refurbishments, the location has done a complete 180 and is now one of my favorite spots.

The Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese is something out of a dream. Take a perfectly creamy buffalo chicken dip, add more cheese, and two slices of bread. Then toss it on the flattop and cook it to a beautifully golden perfection. The sandwich comes with a side which include items like a fresh Arugula-Farro Salad, rice, or steak fries and comes with a cup of extra buffalo sauce.

I always tend to go for the steak fries because they are top tier. A slight crunch on the outside but soft and melty inside. And they get even more delicious when dipped in the buffalo sauce!

Now, I won’t deny that it seems like most of the dining options at Hollywood Studios are now grilled cheese sandwiches. But in my opinion, this one takes the first place spot!
