To start off your meal at Rose & Crown, many would recommend the Scotch Egg. The beautiful hard boiled cage-free egg is wrapped with an even layer of sausage before it is coated in bread crumbs and fried to a crispy golden-brown perfection. The Scotch Egg is served with greens and mustard sauce that compliment the fried egg beautifully.
