50’s Prime Time Café is a popular spot to enjoy some home-cooked classics. From fried chicken, to meatloaf, the atmosphere and menu are bound to leave you craving more. Tune-In Lounge, which is connected to 50’s Prime Time Café serves a selection of the full menu in its bar and lounge setup.
On the menu, guests will find the Fried Herb and Garlic Cheese. A unique take on a fried mozzarella stick, this flavorful ball is enough for a whole meal. The crispy and well-seasoned outer shell surrounds a thick layer of garlic cheese, similar in texture to ricotta.
The fried cheese is served with a raspberry sauce that brings a unique fresh element to the savory and somewhat-heavy fried cheese. The appetizer is then finished with grapes, apples, and slices of garlic bread.
