Recently, Wine Bar George added an all-new Wine Country Brunch to their already wonderful lineup of offerings. The brunch menu includes Dole Whip Mimosas, Steak and Eggs, and so much more.
One of the selections includes the Eggs Benedict. Unlike any other Eggs Benedict you will find, this wonderful meal is made using a crispy polenta cake, house-made chicken sausage, and hollandaise with perfectly poached eggs on top.
The crispy polenta cake adds a wonderful crunch and a unique layer of flavor building upon the standard Eggs Benedict. While the polenta cakes provide crunch and flavor, the house-made chicken sausage builds a more elaborate flavor profile. These grilled sausage patties have the perfect amount of heat that compliments the sweetness from the polenta cakes.
This magical meal is complete with fresh greens and two perfectly poached eggs. The eggs are covered in a classic hollandaise sauce that brings each element together for one harmonious bite.
