The 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Arts is nearing its end. There’s still a few more days to get your hands one some of the magical food from around the World Showcase and Future World kiosks. This year, guests were delighted with even more delicious dishes boasting picture-perfect plating.
One of the 2019 festival favorites was the Lobster Chips. This large plate of house-made seasoned chips is piled high with tended lobster meat. The chips are then covered with a lobster bisque cheese sauce and garnished with jalapeños and citrus cream.
Each chip is packed with toppings and flavor that is balanced and mouth-watering. The citrus cream cools down the spicy jalapeños and seasoned chips. Meanwhile the cheese sauce adds a beautiful layer of flavor bringing each element together in harmony.
The 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Arts runs through February 25, 2019. Guests can find the Lobster Chips at the Refreshment Port, located near the Canada pavilion.
