There’s no denying the fact that Disney’s Animal Kingdom can get extremely hot and humid – especially on an already hot summer day! If you’re looking to cool down, there’s one popular drink that we always go to in order to refresh during the day.
While these drinks can be found all around the Walt Disney World Resort, our favorite spot to get one is at Zuri’s Sweet Shop (located near the Harambe Market). Inside of the small bakery guests will find a variety of fresh and unique cookies and caramel apples, and the wonderful Goofy’s Frozen Lemonade.
Goofy’s Glaciers can be found in a variety of flavors, but the Frozen Lemonade tends to be very popular. The sweet and tart slushy-like drink is cold, refreshing and delicious.
If you’re looking for a tasty way to cool down, be sure to find a Goofy’s Glacier and a nice seat in the shade!
KC Team Tip: Disney’s Animal Kingdom uses paper straws, which are better for the environment. The standard paper straw is very small, so be sure to take three (3) – all of them will still fit into the lid and you will get more of the frozen drink in each sip! Of course you can always go straw-less if you choose to do so instead!
