Some new offerings at the Global Marketplaces will include a New Brunswick Slider (slow-braised beef brisket “pot roast style” with horseradish cream, crispy fried onions on a potato roll with pickled vegetables – located at Hops & Barley), Butternut Squash Ravioli (with brown butter vinaigrette, parmesan cheese, and pumpkin seeds – vegetarian – located at The Wine & Dine Studio), and a Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak (with a smoked corn cake, pickled vegetable slaw and cilantro – located at Flavors from Fire).

New artists will round out the lineup of performers during the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. These new big-name artists include MercyMe, Glass Tiger and 98 Degrees among many others. View the full lineup here!

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide ‘n’ Squeak Scavenger Hunt will return in 2018 with a few new options for families. The Character Dance Party will entice small travelers on Friday and Saturday evenings to dance and play along with Disney Characters. In addition, an all-new playground will be available for guests to let little ones enjoy.

Lastly, there are a number of new events for guests to add-on to the Food and Wine experience. Sunday Brunch with the Chef will take guests on a journey with a renown chef on a delicious excursion to discover brunch. Chefs include Art Smith, Richard Blais, Geoffrey Zakarian, Alex Guarnaschelli and many more! View more here – reservations open for these experiences on June 14, 2018.
