Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge there are plenty of sweet and savory offerings to start the day off right. From the sweet Bear Claws to the Banana’s Foster French Toast, there’s something intriguing for every taste bud.
On the menu at Roaring Fork, one of the two counter-service dining locations at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, guests will find the Roaring Breakfast Platter. While each resort has a variation on this massive meal, Roaring Fork does it with plenty of tricks up their sleeve.
The platter consists of fluffy scrambled eggs, a crispy potato hash, juicy sausage, bacon and a cheddar biscuit. But the biscuit has a hidden surprise! Roaring Fork makes their cheddar biscuits with chunks of ham nestled inside of the flaky layers.
This is one filling meal for one, or the perfect sharing platter for those looking to split a meal!
