Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort has been going through a major facelift with numerous popular locations finding a new home in the wonderful area. Later this year, Salt & Straw will be one of those new locations at Downtown Disney!
Salt & Straw is co-founded by cousins Tyler and Kim Malek, who create small batch, handmade ice cream. Each flavor of ice cream at Salt & Straw uses local, organic and sustainable ingredients.

Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort is going through a promenade-wide transformation that includes new offerings and refurbishments at dining and retail locations. These changes will continue to take place throughout 2018 and is scheduled to be completed by the year’s end. Downtown Disney will continue to remain open to guests during these changes.
