Disney Springs has become the theme park for food, and it’s no different at Planet Hollywood Observatory! Inside of the completely re-themed and refurbished dining location, guests will find multiple stories of dining areas with live music and a massive video projection screen. With the help of Guy Fieri, Planet Hollywood Observatory is dishing out some plates that are towering with flavor!
From the Knuckle Sandwich portion of the menu comes the Bird is the Word sandwich. This juicy and crispy chicken sandwich has layers of flavors that bounce back and forth with each bite. The crispy fried chicken is topped with buttermilk ranch dressing, pickles, cheddar cheese, slaw and honey hot sauce all served in a garlic-buttered brioche bun.
