In late 2017 Wine Bar George will welcome guests to enjoy over 100 wine selections by the glass or bottle. This creative new experience is the new adventure from Master Sommelier George Miliotes. The new location will be “comfortable-yet-lively environment that’s reminiscent of a renovated winery” says Miliotes.

With a center bar, chalkboards, and comfortable seating, the new 6,000-sq-ft location will offer a unique location for a fun evening at Disney Springs. Miliotes says “Guests will experience a feel reminiscent of the ‘Old World’ as if they are on the bottom floor of a gravity-flow winery surrounded by their best friends.”

Guests can enjoy wine on tap at the bar or cheese and wine pairings. Wine flights with sharable flights will offer fun experiences for guests to enjoy and explore wine.
