The 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival reaches to 75 days with over 35 marketplaces!
To celebrate Epcot’s 35th birthday (opening in 1982), the 22nd Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will feature a record number of 35 marketplaces around the World Showcase and Future World. From August 31 through November 13, the festival will continue to showcase celebrity chefs, culinary workshops and demonstrations, Party for the Senses, and the Eat to the Beat concert series.
While full menus have yet to be released, guests can begin to dream about what the upcoming festival has in store! A new crispy chicken with griddled cornbread and red-eye gravy from Farm Fresh will be among new offerings. Also featured is a spicy korma chicken with cucumber-tomato salad, almonds, cashews and warm naan bread from the India Marketplace. The 2017 cookbook will feature these fabulous new dishes.
The Ratatouille-inspired scavenger hunt returns along with culinary demos and dishes geared toward kids’ palates. The festival includes specialty dining and pairing events at World Showcase restaurants and events such as Party for the Senses and Brunch with a Twist.
