Choza Tequila will open in the Mexico pavilion of Epcot in early 2017 – another big year for Disney dining! This authentic outdoor tequileria will be located right at the entrance to the Mexico pavilion from Future World. Here guests will find hand-crafted margaritas and classic Mexican dishes such as empanadas, chips and fresh guacamole, and tacos!
In honor of the new location at Epcot, we have a recipe for the Blood Orange Margarita at La Cava del Tequila!
Ingredients
1/8 cup Triple Sec Arrow
3/4 cup Blood Orange Puree
1/8 cup Tequila El Mayor Blanco
1/2 Fresh Lime
3/8 cup Hibiscus Syrup
Hibiscus Salt
Directions
- Combine Triple Sec Arrow, Blood Orange Puree, Tequila El Mayor Blanco, Hibiscus Syrup and Lime. Add ice and shake or mix well.
Spread Hibiscus Salt on a small plate. Moisten the outer rim of the serving glass then dip the rim into the salt to lightly coat.
Pour into glass and serve.
