The upcoming 2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival begins on September 14th, and the menus and booths have just been announced. Here are the menus, with all of the new additions and events!
Let’s start with the news:
All new in 2016 is an Islands of the Caribbean Marketplace Booth, this booth will offer delicious Caribbean cuisines such as Mojo Pork with Black Beans and Jamaican Beef Patties. Also new are the Chocolate Studio and the Wine and Dine Studio which will feature Californian wines.
The CHEW is also returning with a new booth, The CHEW Collective. Many more booths are returning with new twists and surprises. Brand new Hard Soda Floats will be featured at three booths: Canada, Ireland, and Desserts and Champagne. Lastly, the Dole Whip will return to the Refreshment Port in 2016. You can taste the Magic Kingdom icon by itself and a Bacardi Coconut Rum float.
Several new celebrity chefs will join the lineup for seminars. The new additions for 2016 include:

Along with new celebrity chef seminars, three additional experiences will be available at Disney resorts. These three events are:

The Secrets of Flavor – Discover how sensory memory plays a part in determining our favorite foods at this informative 4-course lunch.
Behind the Scenes at Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto – Learn how to mix tropical cocktails as well as the history behind America’s most iconic Tiki-themed eatery.
