The Chew Lab brought numerous delicacies and the Olive Oil-Poached Salmon with Fresh Corn, Bacon and Pepper Jam was worth any waiting in line for. At only $5.75 or one snack credit from the Disney Dining Plan, this is a nice helping of fantastic food! The salmon is so flaky and full of juice and flavor while it pairs well with a subtle crunch from the fresh corn. Each element form a delicious bond that are tough to beat. We hope to see The Chew back at the upcoming Epcot Food and Wine Festival in 2016 with this and many other wonderful dishes!
