While making your way around the World Showcase and Future World tasting delicious food, you are sure to find a dish that you will want to make at home. The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival cookbook for 2015 will be a little larger than previous years. It will contain collections of recipes as well as 50 pages of history, photos and memories from the past two decades of the Food & Wine Festival.

With recipes going back to 1996 and will include dishes that represent the festival through the years. For 2015, Epcot’s Executive Chef Gregg Hannon will return some classics to the menus such as pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese puffs), apple strudel in Germany, spicy chicken sausage with polenta in Canada and the lobster roll at Hops & Barley. The cookbook will include those recipes as well as dishes that never left the menus. This will host a lot of good eating and history throughout the 20 years.
