In a small bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, approximately 3 minutes.
Add whipping cream, half & half, and sea salt into the bowl and whisk vigorously until frothy and smooth. Approximately 3 minutes. The consistency should be thick but still runny.
Prepare two glasses with fresh cold brew (6 oz in each glass) with ice.
Top each glass with spoonfuls of sweet cream cheese foam and a generous amount of Cocoa Puffs.
