Recently we reached out to the Periscoper KTtheDisneyBear to ask what her favorite Disney snacks were!

“The fresh tart raspberries and the soft sweet cookie is just a flavor combination I can’t get enough of! On days I come for Rope Drop, I love them for breakfast too! Hey it’s a serving of fruit right?”

Katie is no stranger to Jolly Holiday Cast Members as this is her go-to spot for an iced coffee and a Jolly Holiday Combo (grilled cheese and tomato soup) with a fresh Raspberry Macaron for dessert!

Jolly Holiday is where guests can relax on a garden patio of the Mary Poppins-themed eatery that serves fresh baked goods, cooffee and tea – and after 10:30am a café-style lunch is served.

Goofy’s Sour Gummy Worms

Those who follow Katie on Periscope know that she keeps a spare pack in her bag – you never know when hunger will strike again! These are a perfect snack to toss in your backpack while in the parks to enjoy during a show or parade.

Jungle Skewers – Bengal Barbecue

“Anything I get from the Bengal BBQ is best enjoyed on the patio between Stage Door Cafe and River Belle Terrace. While you take a break in the shade, you enjoy seeing the Rivers of America, and the beautiful Mark Twain, while people watching and seeing characters come out for meet and greets right there.. it’s one of my favorite things to do! Add in a dole whip float for dessert and you have a heck of a great meal!”

The Jungle Skewers come in a variety of styles from beef to vegetables. When it comes to Katie’s favorites she always goes for the Outback Vegetable Skewer (“The Veggie skewer has to be eaten with a side of sweet Zulu sauce for dipping, because it is the best flavor combo you’ll ever have!”),  Safari Skewer (bacon wrapped asparagus) and the Bengal Beef Skewer (served in a sweet Zulu Sauce).

“Now a fun thing I do when friends are visiting the parks with me, is I get a side order of the Zulu sauce, and give them the “Zulu Sauce Challenge”. They take a shot of Zulu Sauce and it’s just funny cause it’s a very flavorful sauce, so their face is rather comical after having the sauce in their mouth all at once!”
