The Ganachery at Disney Springs is ready to celebrate Fall with all-new limited time offerings!
Soon, guests will be able to enjoy a PB&J S’more. This tasty treat will feature house-made graham crackers that are smothered in a creamy peanut butter ganache before it is topped with raspberry jam before it’s finished with a vanilla bean marshmallow that is toasted to order. Talk about YUM!
Chocolatiers at The Ganachery have been brewing up something special for this year, their take on a traditional hot cocoa. The classic sipping chocolate is topped with vanilla bean chipped cream and dark chocolate crispy pearls. Guests over the age of 21 can also enjoy this hot cocoa with a dash of Bailey’s liqueur for extra warmth!
A Madagascan vanilla bean marshmallow is perfect for the marshmallow fans out there. This decadent bit-sized snack is dipped in creamy milk chocolate and is garnished with crispies.
To get you in the spirit of Halloween, these skeleton skulls will add a ghoulish delight to your day. The dark chocolate skulls will come in two sizes: the smaller skull will be filled with salted caramel ganache while the large skull will be served hollow. The decadent 65% dark chocolate skulls are brushed with a bronze deco powder for the perfect finishing touch.
Lastly, pumpkin spice fans are in for a real treat. Two new flavors will be added to the ganache square lineup. The pumpkin spice latte and maple pecan pie squares will be decorated with fall and Halloween themed designs! (Get ready Instagram, these ganache squares are about to go VIRAL!)
