Roaring Fork at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is open with a new makeover. With patio seating and located in the main building, Roaring Fork is a popular spot for guests all meals of the day. An updated menu brings in all-new items while keeping several guest favorites.
For breakfast (served between 6 and 11 am), guests will find a large variety of pastries and fresh fruit along with Banana Foster’s French Toast and a 10-hour Pulled Pork Cheese Grits with a poached egg. The Breakfast Flatbread returns on the new menu with sausage gravy, ham, eggs and cheddar cheese.
Lunch and Dinner options (served between 11 am and midnight) feature a new Brisket Burger with cheddar, cranberry barbecue sauce, cast-iron onions and frisée on a brioche bun. Also on the menu guests will find Grilled Chicken on Foccacia with peppers and fresh mozzarella and a Gourmet Grilled Cheese with cheddar, arugula, tomato and onion jam on multi-grain bread.
Guests will also find flatbreads like the new Fennel Sausage and Pepperoni with caramelized onion and goat cheese and an Asiago Grilled Chicken with peppers and onions. Salads can also be found made to order or in the grab ‘n go section.
Lastly, Roaring Fork is now offering specialty beverages. Featuring beverages like the Gold Rush Latte (vanilla latte with caramel) that was previously found at the Territory Lounge.
