Food and Wine Seared Scallop
The 2017 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival begins in just a few short days. We can’t contain our excitement so we are sharing another delicious dish from the festival! Several fan favorites are making a return again for the 2017 festival like the Grilled Lamb Chop, Nitro Chocolate Truffle and the Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse. Seafood fans should plan to make a stop by the Wine & Dine Studio to grab this returning delicacy.
The Seared Scallop from the Wine & Dine kiosk boasts in flavor. The well-seasoned scallop is cooked beautifully and is paired with a fresh truffled celery root purée, brussels sprouts and wild mushrooms. Featuring Melissa’s Produce, this fresh and light dish is well-balanced and should be on the festival taste list for all seafood fans!
